Lue Sai

Lue Sai (full throne name Samdat Brhat-Anya Chao Luvana Jaya Chakrapati Phen-Pheo ; * 14th century , † 1433 ) was king of the kingdom of Lan Chang in today's Laos between 1432 and 1433 .

Lue Sai was the eldest son of King Samsaenthai (ruled 1372–1417), his mother is unknown. He was raised privately at court. His father passed him over to the throne in favor of his younger brother, he was appointed governor of Mueang Kabong and with the title Brhat-Anya Munabana (Mun Ban) after he had come of age.

In 1432 he succeeded his younger brother Khamtam on the throne. He ruled for only six months and committed in 1433 in the palace gardens of Luang Phrabang suicide .

Lue Sai's successor was Khai Bua Ban (ruled 1433–1436).
