Luis Moyano
Luis Ministro Moyano (born March 24, 1976 ) is a former Argentine road cyclist.
Luis Moyano was Argentine road racing champion in 2002 and finished second in a section of the Vuelta a Navarra. The next year he won a stage in the Vuelta a la Comunidad de Madrid . In 2006 Moyano drove for the Colombian Continental Team Atom from July 20th . In the 2008 season he was third at the Memorial Zunzarren and second in the Vuelta Ciclista a León .
