Luizi impact crater in the Democratic Republic of the Congo

Luizi is an impact crater located on the Kundelungu Plateau in the Haut-Katanga Province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo . The crater is about 17 kilometers in diameter and its age is estimated to be around 573 million years. It is visible on satellite images.
