Luna (formerly also Luna Pop ) is a Swiss music broadcaster from Energy Broadcast AG, which Energy Zurich also operates. The station plays a music program around the clock with the most popular pop songs from the past three decades. The radio also delivers the latest songs from today.

History & Numbers

The station went on air in December 2016 along with four other new radio stations ( Vintage Radio , Rockit Radio , Radio Del Mar and Classix Radio ). Unlike the four other music channels, Luna was only available on DAB + from January 2017.

According to Mediapulse data, around 17,720 listeners heard the music program every day in the second semester of 2019 . The average listening time was around 30 minutes. A look at the numbers shows a slight decrease in listeners over the last measured semesters (around minus 200–300 listeners / semester).

reception

The station can be received via DAB + throughout German-speaking Switzerland. The station can also be streamed via the website and its own app (for Android and iOS).

Other channels

In addition to Luna, Energy Broadcast AG also operates the music channels Energy Hits , Rockit Radio and Vintage Radio on DAB +. All channels together reach almost 206,000 listeners every day in German-speaking Switzerland (Mediapulse data, 2nd semester 2019, Monday - Sunday).
