The Wasserburgstall Niederwöhr refers to a lost moated castle in Niederwöhr , a district of the Münchsmünster community in the Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm district in Bavaria . It is located in the Ilm lowlands right next to the St. Martin church .
The medieval castle stable with the file no. D-1-7236-0011 is a protected ground monument .
The hill, which was once higher and surrounded by a wide moat , is barely recognizable.
