The Lune Millennium Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge for pedestrians and cyclists over the River Lune in Lancaster , England .

The bridge structure has a total length of 114 m and is laid out in an arch. The bridge itself has a span of 64 m.

The bridge was designed by Whitby Bird and Partners . The bridge was built between November 1999 and June 2000 to commemorate the turn of the millennium in 1999/2000. The bridge provides a connection across the Lune for pedestrians and cyclists as an alternative to the Greyhound Bridge, over which the A6 trunk road runs . The bridge is part of the National Cycle Network Route 6.
