Luther Oak (Castle)
The Luther oak is an oak in the Spreewaldort Burg .
The oak is designated as a natural monument . It was planted on the occasion of the 400th birthday of the reformer Martin Luther on November 10, 1883 between the parish church and the confirmation hall.
Luther oaks have been planted in Germany in several places on similar occasions. A notice board placed below the oak reminds of the reason for the planting.
