Lwówek Książęcy (in German: Fürstenbier from Löwenberg ) is a beer from Poland with an alcohol content of 5.4  % vol. It is brewed in the brewery in Lwówek Śląski , which belongs to the brewery group Browary Regionalne Jakubiak , an amalgamation of several originally independent medium-sized companies Breweries. The tradition of brewing beer in Lwówek Śląski dates back to the Middle Ages. Referring to the year 1209, the brewery claims to brew the oldest beer in Poland. In fact, there is documentary evidence of a brewery from that year. However, the current brewery was established in the mid-19th century. In addition to Lwówek Książęcy, the Browary Regionalne Jakubiak group includes other beer brands such as Bojan , Ciechan Wyborne , Ciechan Miodowe , Darłowiak and Tenczynek .
