history
The company was founded in 1945 and privatized in 1992. In 2011 the company started operating in Latvia and employed 740 people. In 2010 "Lytagra" achieved sales of 446.3 million litas and later 175.22 million euros (2012). In 2013 the group achieved an income of 625.7 million Lt (181.2 million euros).
The seat is in Kaunas .

"Lytagra" group owns 29 subsidiaries, branches (branch) and supermarkets. These are trade and service complexes in Šiauliai , trade centers in Kaunas , Alytus , Klaipėda , Marijampolė , ŽŪB “Lytagra” in Bernatoniai near Raudondvaris ( Kaunas district ). They supply agricultural technology, equipment and machinery, spare parts, metal, tires, electrical appliances and tools, and a wide variety of consumer goods.
Adomas Balsys owns 47.78%, Dalia Balsienė 22.78% and others 29.44% of the shares in “Lytagra”.
