The steam locomotive series MÁV XI was a tank locomotive series of the Hungarian state railways MÁV .
The MÁV had only two pieces of this somewhat smaller version of the MÁV X built in the Floridsdorf locomotive factory in 1881 .
The lower performance compared to category X and the same amount of friction weight meant that no further reorders were made.
