architecture
It is a two-storey, plastered half-timbered building from the beginning of the 19th century. Originally this formed a house together with the residential building at Mühlenstrasse 8 . The facades are plastered and the doors and windows have been changed. The original proportions of this house are still clearly visible in the roof structure. The residential building meets the requirements of Section 2 (1) DSchG NRW for entry in the list of monuments . It is important for human history as a cultural and historical testimony to the living conditions in the 19th century and for cities and settlements in the sense of local history. There are scientific, here architectural and settlement-historical reasons for its preservation and use.
