It is a two-story half - timbered house from the beginning of the 19th century. The house is built in five axes . The framework is plastered; the windows are covered with wooden walls. The half-timbered house meets the requirements of Section 2 (1) DSchG NRW for entry in the list of monuments . It is important for human history as a cultural and historical testimony to the living conditions in the 19th century and for cities and settlements in the sense of local history.
