Coin find by Vastseliina

The coin find from Vastseliina (German Neuhausen) in Võru County in Livonia in eastern Estonia was made sometime in the 19th century.

The hoard is interesting because of the container that was made in northern Germany at the beginning of the 14th century. Originally it was a bottle for a child or a sick person.

The clay pot is to Brakteaten the diocese of Dorpat abstained from the late 13th and early 14th century.
