criticism

“As part of its legal supervision of private broadcasters, the Austrian communications authority determined the following: On September 22nd, 2016, between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., Wirt GmbH broadcast inadmissible product placements in the program“ Mostviertel Fernsehen ”. In addition, advertising was broadcast as part of a contribution that was not easily recognizable as such. In addition, this advertising was not separated from the rest of the program. In addition, product placements were broadcast that emphasized the product too much and that were not properly labeled. As a result, the relevant legal advertising regulations were repeatedly violated. "
