MSK 4

The knowledge and experience with the MKF 6 were the prerequisites for the development of the multispectral camera MSK 4 by VEB Carl Zeiss Jena . The camera was specially developed for use on board aircraft.

The entire equipment consisted of the camera with suspension, four cassettes, control unit and electronics block.

Technical specifications:

  • Film: unperforated roll film
  • Film width: 70 mm
  • Capacity:> 1250 recordings per channel
  • Image format: 70 mm × 93 mm

The resulting pictures were u. a. used for agriculture, forestry, cartography and environmental protection.
