MS Paint Adventures
MS Paint Adventures is a website on which the American comic artist Andrew Hussie publishes his webcomics . With over 9,000 pages, according to various estimates, it is the most extensive webcomics site on the Internet. The current main series Homestuck has a large fan base in America and there are also partial translations and translations by fans into German and French.
The four main series published on MS Paint Adventures are Jailbreak, Bard Quest, Problem Sleuth, and Homestuck. There is also the current sub-series Paradox Space for the main series Homestuck .
prehistory
On September 25, 2006 Andrew Hussie released an adventure as a forum game under the name MS Paint Adventure . In terms of operation, it was similar to the game Colossal Cave Adventure . He moved this game to a sub-forum on January 4, 2007, which he called the old name of the game MS Paint Adventure , while he called the game itself Escape from Jail Island , an allusion to the name of the game Escape from Monkey Iceland . On June 3, 2007 Andrew Hussie started today's website MS Paint Adventures and there a relaunch of Escape from Jail Island under the new, third and still valid name of Jailbreak (prison break). The main character of Jailbreak wakes up in a prison cell and faces the task of escaping. Jailbreak is 134 pages long.
Bard Quest
Nine days later, Hussie published Bard Quest , a comic in which a bard takes on the task of slaying dragons. The 47-page comic is unfinished but will not be continued.
Problem sleuth
Problem Sleuth is a detective story set in the time of Prohibition . Hussie published the story between March 10, 2008 and April 7, 2009 with a length of 1,673 pages.
