Małgorzata Stolarska-Fronia ( Hebrew : מלגורצאתה סטולארסקה-פרוניה), born Stolarska is a Polish art historian and associate at the Museum of the History of Polish Jews (Hebrew .: המוזיאון לתולדות יהודי פולין) in Warsaw and curator of the Paradisus Iudeorum Gallery (Association of the Jewish Historical Institute of Poland).

Life

Małgorzata Stolarska-Fronia studied Jewish culture and languages ​​at the University of Wroclaw . In 2008 she received her doctorate with a thesis on the art of Wroclaw Jews from the time of emancipation to 1933. She has published numerous book contributions and specialist articles and also gives public lectures. Her focus is art in the interwar period, especially the expressionism of Jewish artists, as well as art theft and Aryanization. Together with Maciej Gugała, she designed a virtual library for the Jewish Museum in Warsaw , which she presented at the international conference “Fons Largus. The Library as a Source of Inspiration ”in May 2012.
