Maasbüller Herrenkoog

The Maasbüller Herrenkoog (formerly also Maasbüller Koog , Herrenländereien , Herrenkoog ) is a Koog in North Friesland between Risum and Fahretoft . The dike was completed in 1641, the length of the dike is around 3.2 km. The then new sea dike was named Moordeich , the largest landowner in the Koog was initially the Duke of Gottorf. Settlement did not begin until 1935. On October 1, 1935, 31 settlers were given a new farmer's position.
