Join in, do it, do it better was a one-hour television broadcast by the DFF in the GDR . From 1964 to 1991 a total of 333 issues were broadcast, mostly on Sundays at 10 a.m.

The concept of the program consisted of sporting competitions that were held between teams from several schools in a sports hall. The competitions were running games that included elements such as snake running, throwing the ball, overcoming obstacles and others and were held as a relay. The series was set up as a tournament. The winning team advanced one lap. The overall winning team, which was determined every two years, received a challenge cup from the National Olympic Committee of the GDR . The program was moderated by Gerhard Adolph , who only appeared under his nickname Adi .

The program was also broadcast in the Soviet Union (under the title "Делай с нами, делай, как мы, делай лучше нас!").
