Macintosh IIcx

Macintosh IIcx is the name of a computer manufactured by Apple . It was introduced in March 1989 and production ended in February 1991. It followed the Macintosh IIx , where the c stands for compact .

The computer was based on a Motorola 68030 with 16 MHz and the FPU Motorola 68882 . Instead of 6 NuBus slots as with the IIx, this was equipped with 3. Its successor is the Macintosh IIci .
