Macro recordings
Macro is a label for electronic and experimental music founded in Berlin in 2007 .
history
Founders and operators of the label are the DJ and producer Stefan Goldmann and the music journalist and DJ Finn Johannsen. Macro had a "label residency" in the Panorama Bar of the Berlin club Berghain until 2011 and was shown with several artists on showcases a. a. presented in London, Paris, Washington DC, Vienna and Tokyo.
Publications
In addition to Goldmann's music, the label has released records by Elektro Guzzi , Peter Kruder , Underground Resistance member Santiago Salazar and Raudive on CD and vinyl. There are also a number of historical works published, including a lost album by Hi-NRG producer Patrick Cowley . Remixes have been published by Ricardo Villalobos , Oni Ayhun, Pépé Bradock, Morgan Geist, KiNK and others.
