Makin 'time

Makin 'Time was a British Mod - band from the region Wolverhampton . The bassist Martin Blunt was later a member of The Charlatans known.

Band history

Makin 'Time was founded in 1984. The debut - Single Here Is My Number was produced by Pat Collier , previously an album of Katrina and the Waves had produced. The big breakthrough was denied Makin 'Time. Two years and two studio albums later, the group broke up.

Martin Blunt then played with The Gift Horses and founded the Charlatans in 1988. Fay Hallam was with Blunt at The Gift Horses , then both The Prime Movers and Phaze! as well as solo under the name "The Fay Hallam Trinity". Mark Gounden later founded the power pop formation "The Upper Fifth".
