Malmö Live Konserthus

The Malmö Symphony Orchestra , Swedish Malmö Symfoniorkester (MSO), is a symphony orchestra in the southern Swedish city of Malmö . The Malmö Live Konserthus is now the home of the ensemble.

The orchestra was founded in 1925 and took part in ballet and opera productions at the Malmö Music Theater until 1991 . In 1985 they got their own concert hall, Malmö konserthus . In the summer of 2015, the concert orchestra of around ninety members received a new home at Malmö Live , the Malmö Live Konserthus .
