Manfred Hemken

Manfred Hemken (born March 22, 1936 in Westerstede ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Professionally, Hemken was the rector. Via the state list he became a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from September 26, 1973 to June 20, 1974 (7th electoral period) .
