Manfred Stephan

Manfred Stephan (born September 29, 1957 in Thale ) is a German politician ( SPD , non-attached). From 1998 to 2002 he was a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt .

Education and life

Manfred Stephan visited the POS from 1964 to 1974 and trained as an electrician from 1974 to 1976. From 1976 to 1990 he worked as an electrician in the Thale iron and steel works. Since the turn of 1990 he was self-employed.

Manfred Stephan is married.

politics

Manfred Stephan was independent in the GDR and was a member of the SPD between 1994 and February 2001. Since 1994 he has been a member of the city council of Thale. He was directly elected to the state parliament in the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 1998 in constituency 32 ( state constituency Quedlinburg ). On February 28, 2001, he resigned from the SPD parliamentary group and was then non-attached.
