Manuel Ramos Martínez

Manuel Ramos Martínez (* 1947 in Antofagasta , Chile ) is a Chilean writer, poet, painter and honorary member of the Chilean Writers' Association. He also acts as President of the Association of Latin American Authors in Austria, ALA.
