Manuel Tubino

Manuel Tubino was a Uruguayan politician .

Tubino first sat as deputy member of the Florida Department in the 15th legislative period from August 16, 1886 to February 14, 1888 in the Cámara de Representantes . From February 25, 1894 to February 14, 1897 he was elected representative of the people in the 18th legislative period.
