Mara Sattei

Mara Sattei (* 1995 in Rome as Sara Mattei ) is an Italian pop singer .

Career

Mattei took an early interest in music and learned the piano. As a teenager, she drew attention to herself with cover versions on YouTube and sang in bands. At the age of 19, she finally took part in the casting show Amici di Maria De Filippi in 2014 , but left early. She then released her first EP Frammenti: Acoustic Covers n.1 , still under her real name. Then she withdrew from the public for the time being and moved to London .

In the meantime, her younger brother Davide made his first attempts to gain a foothold in the music business under the name Tha Supreme . First as a hip-hop producer, then as a rapper himself, he had a steep career from 2017. In collaboration with her brother and now under the pseudonym Mara Sattei , the singer released the title Nuova registrazione 326 on Sony in 2019 . On Tha Supremes successful debut album she could be heard in the song M12ano . In 2020 she and her brother reached the top three of the Italian single charts for the first time with a remix of the song Dilemme by Lous and the Yakuza .
