Marco Civil da Internet

The Marco Civil da Internet , German  civil society framework agreement for the Internet , is a law on the use of the Internet in Brazil. It contains the necessary principles, guarantees, rights and obligations in order to function as a constitution of the Internet that guarantees certain basic rights of its users.
