Marco Mansdörfer

Marco Mansdörfer (* 1975 ) is a German legal scholar.

Life

From 1994 to 2001 he studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg . After completing his doctorate in European criminal procedural law in 2004 and his habilitation (2004–2010) in commercial criminal law , in 2010 he received the license to teach German and European criminal law and criminal procedural law. From 2010 to 2012 he was a lawyer and criminal defense attorney at Gillmeister Rode Trüg in Freiburg im Breisgau . Since 2013 he has been a full professor with a chair for criminal law and criminal procedural law, including commercial criminal law at Saarland University .

His main research interests are white collar crime and its international connections.
