Marcos Villasana
Marcos Villasana (* 11. June 1960 in Guerrero , Mexico ) is a former Mexican boxer in the featherweight .
professional
He made his professional debut on January 11, 1978 against Roberto Hernandez and won in the third round by classic knockout. On June 2, 1990, he won the vacant World Champion belt of the WBC , when he won the until then undefeated British Paul Hodkinson defeated by technical knockout in round 8. He defended the title three times and lost it in November 1993 in a rematch against Hodkinson unanimously on points.
