Margaretha von Schlawe

Margaretha von Schlawe was the daughter of the Pomeranian Duke Ratibor I († 1156) and by marriage Countess von Ratzeburg .

Her marriage to Count Bernhard I von Ratzeburg († 1195) is mentioned in the Slavonic chronicle of the medieval chronicler Arnold von Lübeck .

The medieval Danish chronicler Saxo Grammaticus referred to them as relatives of the Danish King Waldemar I , although it is unclear which relationship he wanted to denote with the Latin word " neptis " he used .
