Maria Kassel
Maria Kassel (* 1931 ) is a German Catholic theologian.
After studying theology and German language and literature, Kassel became a high school teacher. From 1964 to 1992 she was a professor at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Münster for religious education . She was the first female professor at the Catholic Theological Faculty in Münster. In 2000 she donated a sponsorship award for depth psychological exegesis with a feminist-theological perspective.
