Maria Leyow

Maria Leyow (* around 1960 ) is a Jamaican badminton player .

Career

Maria Leyow was the first national champion in Jamaica in 1977. Four more title wins followed by 1987. In 1990 she won the Central America and Caribbean Games. At the Pan American Championship in 1991 she finished second in mixed and third in women's doubles. In 1990 and 1994 she started at the Commonwealth Games.
