Maria S. Rerrich

Maria S. Rerrich (* 1952 in Budapest ) is a German sociologist .

Life

She teaches as a professor for applied social sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich . From September 2001 to February 2002, from March 2004 to August 2004 and from September 2011 to February 2012 she was a visiting researcher in the Nation and Society department at the Hamburg Institute for Social Research . Her main areas of work are family research, sociology of everyday life, work and private household, migration, gender and social inequality and gender equality policy.
