Karin Jurczyk

Karin Jurczyk (born April 9, 1952 ) is a German family sociologist and book author . From 2002 to 2019 she was head of the Family and Family Policy Department at the German Youth Institute .

After studying sociology and political science in Munich, she did her doctorate at the University of Bremen on "Family policy as a different labor policy". The mother of two sons lives in Munich.

Jurczyk was, in calling for a Parents' Day , the Father and Mother to replace even a wide audience.
