Lady Chapel (Sigratsbold)
The Marienkapelle in the Lengenwang district of Sigratsbold is a listed private chapel.
History and description
The chapel was built by Niclas Berckmiller in 1663. According to a votive plaque , he was thanking for a wonderful inspiration. The chapel was renovated in 1883 and a copper roof was added in 1949.
The ceiling painting of the chapel shows the coronation of Mary.
