architecture
The residential building forms a semi-detached house with the neighboring house no. 31 and this forms a historicism ensemble with the houses no. 39–53 (odd number) and the corner house at Alsstrasse 9 , which is only interrupted by the new building no. The property is a three- storey residential house with four window axes, which was built in 1898, with an eaves side . The decorative design of the historicist stucco facade has been modified from its counterpart in Marienkirchstrasse.
