Marian column in Kirchberg am Wechsel

The Marian column stands in the small market square in the market town of Kirchberg am Wechsel in the Neunkirchen district in Lower Austria . The Marian column is a listed building ( list entry ).

The figure shrine was erected in 1714 and moved to the edge of the square in 1958.

The column carries the statue of Maria Immaculata . On both sides there are statues on flanking pedestals, to the south of the main road the Saints James the Elder and Rochus of Montpellier , to the north the Saints Florian von Lorch and Johannes Nepomuk .
