Two- to three-storey tracts, essentially medieval and late medieval, surround a trapezoidal courtyard. In the southeast corner rises a mighty five-story medieval keep . A spacious medieval cellar extends under all wings. In the northeastern area of the stronghold is the Gothic castle chapel St. Ursula, recognizable by a high roof turret.
