In 1906 it came into the possession of the City of Vienna, which uses it as the seat of the forest administration.

Parish church AB with rectory ObjectID :  94258	Graben 11 location KG: Schwarzau in the mountains	Built in 1826 by Georg Hubmer in Naßwald as a primary school and prayer house, heightened in 1840, in 1910 a tower was added over the existing bay window, pastorate at Mitterbach until 1849, then Vienna, independent since 1861, Biedermeier complex with a historic north tower
		Former Hammerherrenhaus with farm building ObjectID :  94253	Area 20 Location KG: Schwarzau im Gebirge	1855 built mansion of the abandoned hammer mill Im Baumgarten ; two-storey with a hipped roof and gabled central projectile.
		Kaiser Franz Joseph Chapel ObjectID :  94264	Location KG: Schwarzau in the mountains	In the market by the church. Built in 1908 for the anniversary of the reign of Emperor Franz Joseph I. A neo-Gothic rectangular building with a half-hipped roof and corner buttresses.
		Catholic parish church hl. Nicholas with churchyard walls ObjectID :  94265	Location KG: Schwarzau in the mountains	In the market . Baroque-style, essentially late Romanesque square choir hall from the 2nd quarter of the 13th century with buttresses and a baroque west tower from 1715/17. 1220 sovereign, first mentioned in documents in 1250/60, 1529 pillage by the Turks, from 1595 patronage of the Hoyos , 1569 confirmation of parish rights.

Cemetery with cemetery chapel ObjectID :  94257	Location KG: Schwarzau in the mountains	The cemetery in Naßwald-Reithof was built under Georg Hubmer , the "Raxkönig" in 1833 and he was also the first to be buried in it. Other personalities buried in the cemetery: Daniel Innthaler (mountain guide), Ritter von Gall (Lower Austrian state).
		Part of the 1st Vienna Mountain Spring Pipeline ObjectID :  129173	Location KG: Schwarzau in the mountains	The first Viennese spring water pipeline is part of the Viennese water supply and was the first supply of Vienna with safe drinking water. The sources of the upper Schwarza Valley were not connected to the pipeline opened in 1873 until the mid-1890s.
