The Romanesque round church was built around 1130/40 by the Lords of Gleissenfeld and possibly consecrated in 1147 by Archbishop Eberhard von Salzburg . The parish was incorporated into the Reichersberg monastery and became independent in 1783/84. Wall crown in the Baroque style as a defensive storey raised with loopholes. The church interior was redesigned in Baroque style in 1754, tower and chapel added in 1862, painting by Leopold Daringer in 1930 , re-romanization in 1972 after the paintings were destroyed by the earthquake on April 16, 1972.

Romanesque (castle) church, hall building with choir square and recessed round apse with late Baroque changes, possibly consecrated around 865 Laurentiuskirche, after 1147 consecration by Archbishop Eberhard von Salzburg (together with Scheiblingkirchen church), benefice of the Reichersberg monastery , 13th century to the parish of Bromberg, 1782 (1784?) Parish, in 1783 back to Reichersberg Abbey, 1789 interior renovation and westward orientation, 1940/46 uncovering of the ashlar masonry and Romanesque templates, 1977 uncovering of Gothic wall paintings.
