Marisleisys Duarthe (born September 17, 2000 ) is a Cuban javelin thrower .
Athletic career
Marisleisys Duarthe gained her first international experience in 2016 at the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz , where she finished ninth with a width of 51.46 m. The following year she won the U18 World Championships in Nairobi with the 500 g javelin with a throw of 62.92 m, which meant a new championship record.
In 2016 Duarthe became the Cuban javelin champion.
