The Trademark Law Treaty (English: Trademark Law Treaty or TLT ) is an international agreement which (eg. The standardization of the registration procedure national registration authorities German Patent and Trademark Office has) to the destination. It came into force on August 1, 1996, and 46 states have now joined the TLT. The TLT is administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva.

In 2006, the further development of the TLT, the Singapore Treaty , was decided in Singapore and came into force on March 16, 2009.
