Martina Peters (born April 3, 1985 ) is a German comic artist .

Career

Martina Peters has been drawing since 1996, initiated by the anime series Sailor Moon . From 2001 she put her pictures on the Internet and in 2005 she sold a dōjinshi on the dōjinshi market of the Leipzig Book Fair . There she was discovered by Myriam Engelbrecht, who later became the director of the Fireangels publishing house . In 2006, KAE was her first manga-style comic. Later followed u. a. E-Motional in the Chibi Manga series by Carlsen Verlag and in 2009 the Lilientod trilogy , which was created together with the author Anne Maren Delseit .

After completing the Lilientod trilogy, Martina Peters began working on a sequel to KAE entitled TEN . Its first volume was published by Cursed Verlag together with a revised new edition of their debut work. TEN has now been completed for the time being with three volumes. However, the author announced that further spin-offs are being planned.

In parallel to her work on TEN , Martina Peters published the trilogy Tempest Curse at Carlsen Manga , which was completed in autumn 2015.

Since March 2018 the 10-volume series Focus 10 at Carlsen-Verlag.
