Marty Chan

Marty Chan (born May 11, 1965 in Edmonton ) is a Canadian writer of Chinese origin.

Chan began his literary career in 1994 with the radio series The Dim Sum Diaries , in which he presented his experiences as the son of Chinese immigrants on the Canadian prairies. 1995-96 he worked as a writer for the television series Jake and the Kid . Several children's books have been written since 2002, and he has also written plays for young audiences.
