Marvin Kernelle
Marvin Kernelle (born in Cape Town ) is a South African opera singer and has been the director of the Cape Town Opera -Chor since 2014 .
Life
Kernelle has been playing the organ since he was 13. In 2004 he took part in the training program of the Cape Town Opera Choir. From 2005 to 2007 he studied at the Cape Town Opera School. In 2008 he became a member of the CTO choir. On April 19, 2014 he became the director of the choir. Since July 2016 he has been a member of the jury for the TV show Varsity Sing , and 12 choirs compete against each other in the live show, which will last until October 2016.
