Marzolino
Marzolino is an Italian semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized milk from domestic sheep . It is considered a variant of Pecorino in Tuscany .
The name of the sheep's cheese is derived from the term marzo for the month of March . He has been known as Cacio Marzolino for more than 2000 years. Today it is only produced in the spring months .
