Matagne-la-Petite ( Walloon Matagne-li-Ptite) is a village in the Belgian municipality of Doische in the province of Namur in the Walloon Region .

The district of the place covers an area of ​​9.49 km².

The settlement of the place goes back to the Roman times, from which settlement remains were found. A chapel in the village dates back to 1107. Matagne-la-Petite was an independent municipality until 1977 and then became part of the Doische municipality as part of a municipal reform.
