Mauricio Martín Astudillo (born July 10, 1977 in Mendoza ) is an Argentine football player . He plays in the first Spanish division for Deportivo Alavés .

In his youth he played for Club Deportivo Godoy Cruz Antonio Tomba . From there he moved to Alaves in the 1999/2000 season for 300,000 euros. In 2001, Astudillo Martín was instrumental in ensuring that Alavés could move into the final.
